In August 2017 I met Julie, makeup artist and hairdresser, and Déborah, wedding dress stylist but also accessories and jewellery at Sarah and Julien’s wedding in a beautiful Alsatian farm. I had no idea then of the immense talent of these two young women even though, to be honest, at a wedding you realize very quickly when someone is very talented.
After several months and discussions with Deborah, we wanted to organize a Boho-inspired shooting with a real couple, original looking and somewhat bohemian. No table decoration, no insanity, just a moment for the couple in all simplicity to produce images with a little bit of soul. It didn’t take long to think about Julie and Mathieu, her partner. The couple lent themselves to the game of photos and it was a real moment of artistic sharing between us all.
